Iryna Stavchuk, a graduate of the Department of Digital Technologies in Energy of the Institute of Energy Technology, was included in the list of "100 Women of the Year" according to the BBC.
Iryna Stavchuk is a climate policy expert, environmental activist, public figure, former Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
She has more than 15 years of experience in public activities.
She headed the NGO Working Group on Climate Change in Ukraine. She prepared comments and recommendations on the implementation of climate policy in Ukraine. She covered the implementation of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement in the media. She participated in the UN international climate change negotiations.
