Ukraine received its first Oscar thanks to a KPI graduate

The film "20 Days in Mariupol", created by the Associated Press team, which included FEL graduate Yevhen Malolietka, received the most prestigious award of the American Film Academy in the nomination "Best Documentary".

The most prestigious awards in the field of journalism - the Pulitzer Prize and the World Press Photo Award - were given to KPI graduate 2010 photographer Yevhen Malolietka for his photos from Mariupol.
