November 13, 2014, the conference "Resource efficiency of the enterprises of Kyiv region" was held in NTUU “KPI”.

On November, 7 at NTUU "KPI" was held a working meeting of representatives of Ukrainian universities who are involved in the development of national programmes of student micro- and nanosatellites with the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk.

Team KPI Rugby "Polytechnic" was created in 1962 by Valentin Hannem (student of 2nd course of the faculty of automation and instrumentation), who was a talented Sprinter.
